Kristen Stewart leads the Implementation team at Plaid, where she helps new customers launch and grow with Plaid. Kristen is passionate about customer advocacy and elevating customers as the single most valuable asset to an organization. She is excited by the continued innovation in fintech and access to products that are now available to the everyday consumer.
Outside of work, Kristen enjoys exploring her neighborhood in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, establishing new connections + relationships with fellow Plaids and fintech professionals and planning for her (fingers-crossed) destination wedding in 2022.
Nami Baral is the Founder and CEO of Acorns Harvest, a fast growing fintech company that utilizes artificial intelligence to improve the net worth of average Americans, from reducing consumer debt like bank fees and credit card charges to helping consumers improve their creditworthiness. Acorns Harvest has refunded millions of dollars in bank fees to customers to date and manages hundreds of millions of dollars in debt within its platform. Harvest was recently acquired by Acorns, a leading saving and investing app, where Nami serves as the Head of Acorns Harvest.
Prior to Acorns Harvest, Nami was building cutting-edge Real-Time Bidding products and leading revenue partnerships at Twitter. Before Twitter, Nami built her financial sector expertise as an investment banker in New York. As a founder working in the intersection of finance and technology, Nami is excited about creating solutions that are consumer-friendly and elevate the financial lives of all consumers.
Michelle is SoFi’s EVP and Group Business Unit Leader for Lending & Capital Markets, and previously served as Chief Financial Officer. She joined SoFi from TPG Sixth Street Partners. Previously, Michelle spent 14 years at Goldman Sachs & Co., where most recently she was a Partner co-heading the Structured Finance business. She received her JD from Cornell Law School and her BA from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Aditi Shekar is the Founder and CEO at Zeta, a financial institution focused on modern families. She's so excited to work in fintech since shes' been obsessing about personal finance ever since she got her first paycheck. Aditi has spent 15+ years at the ground floor of two venture-backed startups (General Assembly, Guild Education) and served as Executive Director at Ashoka, a leading social entrepreneurship organization. She's also a family finance expert at publications like Refinery29, Business Insider and Real Simple.
